As we look back on 2025, our hearts are full of gratitude 💛
This year was about coming together — listening, co-creating, questioning, and imagining new ways of caring, living, ageing, and dying.

With communities, professionals, institutions, artists, patients, caregivers, and partners, we opened conversations, built spaces for reflection, and took meaningful steps toward more compassionate and people-centered futures. None of this would have been possible without the trust, energy, and commitment of everyone who walked this path with us.

Here’s a glimpse of a year shaped by collaboration, courage, and care. Thank you for being part of the journey ✨

Seguim compartint alguns dels continguts clau del llibre blanc de l’Estratègia de Salut Digital de Catalunya.

Després d’explorar conjuntament la visió col·lectiva d’un futur model d’atenció més integrat, longitudinal i centrat en la persona, avui us compartim els 10 principis per als sistemes d’informació de salut de Catalunya: un marc compartit que orienta el desenvolupament dels nostres SSII per fer possible aquest nou model d’atenció. 🫴🏻

Aquests principis han estat cocreats amb actors de tot el sistema i de tot el territori, incorporant les necessitats i matisos dels diferents contextos i realitats assistencials. Integren la mirada de persones ateses i cuidadores, professionals de l’entorn sanitari i social, gestors, i experts del sistema en innovació, estratègia i tecnologia.

🌿 Breaking Taboos, Nurturing Care 🌿

Over the years, exploring Care has led us to uncover many taboos—around death, mental health, sexuality, ageing, and caregiving.

We’ve come to believe that addressing taboos is itself an act of Care: done sensitively, it deepens human connection and empowers people, teams, and systems to deliver truly compassionate care. 💛

✨ Care Dialogues at is a new exploratory space for such topics, combining artistic collaboration, research, and hands-on experimentation to spark societal debate around Care.

We’re starting this November at the Compassion Revolution Conference in Adelaide with our first workshop:
💬 “Can we talk about that?”

And we’re launching whatistaboo.care — a global platform to share stories and ideas about care taboos worldwide. 🌍
