This flat renovation transforms a family home into a bright, open space where life and art converge. By removing walls and embracing bay-view windows, the living area becomes a sunlit hub, doubling as a coworking space for the artist clients.
Blending three distinct floor tile patterns, intricate ceiling moldings, and original joineries, the design honors the apartment’s heritage while fostering creativity and connection—a harmonious balance of tradition, modernity, function, and artistry.

In Barcelona’s Poble Sec, a previously hidden industrial space is being rediscovered and transformed. This three-level concrete structure, tucked within a neighborhood courtyard, is opening patios, constructing new stairs, and clearing a back wall to reveal new possibilities. With potential for events, office space, or housing, the renovation aims to enhance the building’s architectural qualities and maximize its use, all in close collaboration with the developer, honoring its industrial heritage while reimagining its future.
