FERTILITY HACK! Easy & trusted way to boost your fertility. WARM FEET.

The soles of your feet are intimately linked to your womb…the kidney meridian begins under the soles of your feet.

This meridian governs conception, fertility, pregnancy, growth, development & nourishes the marrow.

The kidneys are the Minister of Power and the Root of Life. They store your reservoir of essence, your own vitality which forms the basis and creation of life.

Your grandmother was right. Keeping your feet warm keeps you healthy. Cold contracts, restricts and slows things down. Cold causes disharmony leading to stagnation. Stagnation causes pain, poor circulation, lower back pain, painful periods, low energy & libido, frequent urination, cold kidneys and womb.

Warming the uterus that is cold is an essential treatment for improving, menstruation, fertility and pregnancy. Jane Lyttleton tell us that the "warmth of the uterus refers to its metabolic activity, actively manufacturing the secreting nutrients to maintain a highly nurturing home for a fetus”.

After ovulation there is a rise in the basal body temp. Progesterone produced from the corpus luteum naturally raises the body temperature and warms the womb in preparation for potential implantation. Our womb essentially becomes an incubator!

Keeping your feet warm is a great self care practice to warm your Womb. I called it a hack because it is simple easy way to boost your womb health.

Think thick socks🧦and please avoid walking on tiled/cold floors ~ barefoot. Eliminate cold icy drinks and too much raw food. Choose warm natured cooked foods where possible.

Very excited to offer this study of the stones & crystals alongside Medicine woman , in English!

Join us each week to learn stone medicine practices. We take a deep dive into the teachings passed down to us from the ancients. After each live online class, where we study THE stone of the week, we will do a powerful, deep breathwork, guided by the one and only Catalina. Her dedication to healing others through altered states of consciousness with signature breathwork, coupled with the knowledge and teachings of the stones is truly a magical, elevated, once in a lifetime experience.

If you are a therapist, a healer, a crystal lover or interested in the healing arts, this course is a treasure trove of practical yet magical information you can use for your own healing journey, to help heal your loved ones and work with clients.

I frequently get asked when is the best time to seek acupuncture for birth prep🐣

Allow for a series weekly of treatments from 34-36 weeks onwards to prepare not only the body but ensure the Shen/mind is also calm and centered🧘🏽‍♂️

Acupuncture is cited as an effective tool for cervical ripening and induction of labor. Cervical ripening is one of the main stages of initiation labour.

Acupuncture point Guan Yuan (Ren4) is located on the conception vessel of the lower abdomen, is used to aid cervical ripening. In birth preparation treatments, the point is stimulated transversely downwards — the purpose of increasing blood flow to the uterus to encourage the baby’s movements towards the birth canal passage✨

Pre-birth acupuncture is beneficial for:
- aiding cervical ripening and dilation
- promoting optimal energy and stamina for labour
- avoiding post-term dates
- shortening the time of labor
- assistance in pain relief
- reduction of the need for c-section & interventions
reducing postpartum bleeding

Have you considered acupuncture for your birth preparation? 🤍🙏🏽🐣
