🚀 We are inviting you to join us for a retreat-like journey of health, gastronomy & self-discovery in Murcia, South-East Spain from 10th until 17th of October, 2025. 💖

It will be a one-week-long, well-balanced adventure with plenty of laughter & leisure as well as mindfulness, depth & exploration. ☯️

We will share, learn, grow, enjoy, connect, as we discover:
- Murcian mountains, valleys & seaside;
- Gardens, orchards & wineries;
- Charming towns as well as tucked away hidden gems;
- Mediterranean style living;
- Flamenco;
- Delicious flavours of various chefs;
- A local Michelin star restaurant;
- Movement & body practices;
- Thermal waters of a spa & sauna;
- and so much more of what ignites our hearts and make our eyes sparkle with joy & vitality… 🐾

We will pick you up at Alicante (or Murcia) airport and drop you off there at the end of the week; and we will take care of everything during this trip, so you can sit back, relax & surrender to the experience 🦦 (perhaps with doing some 10’000 steps some days too 😅)
