We have just been informed that the main fibre optic cable in Almeria has been cut and we are therefore running our back up circuit. This will provide internet but streaming would prove difficult. Apologies for the inconvenience caused however it is completely out of our control and is affecting other providers in the area.

Albox online would like to advise that there is a problem with the Movistar fiber in the area affecting several internet operators. We are currently operating via our backup service. They are working to resolve this. This will affect the performance of all internet services and therefore any television.
Albox online would like to apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience regarding this issue which is unfortunately out of our control as it is our provider who has the fault.
