Workshop on:

Microbial Identification Using rRNA Genes Sequencing

The training will include the following:

1- DNA extraction from bacteria and fungi.
2- PCR amplification of rRNA genes using 16s or 18s primers.
3- Purification of PCR products.
4- Sequencing and BLAST analysis.
5- Construction of Phylogenetic trees.
