​1. مهندس تصميم ومكتب فني (Technical Office & Design Engineer)
​المهام: إعداد المخططات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings)، حصر الكميات، مطابقة التخصصات المختلفة، ومتابعة المستخلصات.
​المتطلبات: إجادة تامة لبرامج CAD و BIM (Revit)، دقة عالية في التفاصيل، وقدرة على إدارة الجداول الزمنية.
​2. مهندس موقع (Site Engineer)
​المهام: الإشراف المباشر على تنفيذ الأعمال الإنشائية/المعمارية، ضمان الجودة، ومطابقة التنفيذ بالمخططات المعتمدة.
​المتطلبات: شخصية قيادية، قدرة على حل المشكلات الميدانية، ومعرفة قوية بأساليب التنفيذ ومعايير السلامة.
​3. مشرف موقع (Site Supervisor)
​المهام: توجيه العمالة والفنيين، متابعة توريد المواد، وضمان سير العمل اليومي بكفاءة وحسب الجدول الزمني.
​المتطلبات: خبرة عملية واسعة في مواقع الإنشاءات، قوة الشخصية، والقدرة على التعامل مع الموردين والمقاولين.

​[BIM DESIGN ] is looking for highly qualified and dedicated professionals to join our growing team for our upcoming and ongoing projects. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Location : tanta

​1️⃣ Site Engineer
​Experience: Minimum 5 years in site ex*****on and supervision.
​Key Responsibilities: Managing on-site operations, ensuring work aligns with technical specifications, and overseeing quality control.

​2️⃣ Technical Office Engineer
​Experience: Minimum 5 years in technical office operations.
​Key Responsibilities: Quantity surveying, preparing invoices (invoicing), shop drawings, and coordinating between different engineering disciplines.

​3️⃣ Design Engineer
​Experience: Minimum 5 years in architectural design.
​Key Responsibilities: Developing detailed engineering designs, structural analysis, and proficiency in software like (AutoCAD, Revit, MAX, etc.).

​4️⃣ Site Foreman / Supervisor
​Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in construction sites.
​Key Responsibilities: Leading labor crews, monitoring daily progress, and ensuring accurate implementation of engineering drawings.
