The total area for our project Areej is about 170,000 m2.. It has a long beach , wide sea view with length 950 m Located on the Gulf of Sue our architecture vision and our conceptual design for this area make buildings divided into small communities, the architectural character of the buildings blends harmoniously with the environment. Amongst lush landscaping, walkways, and pools, buildings occupy only 10% of the total property area.
