Job Title: Assistant Manager – Laboratory Equipment Sales Operations

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (Sales Coordination, Team Management, or Scientific Sales Field)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Assistant Manager. This is an office-based role in Cairo, responsible for coordinating between departments, assisting sales management, supervising administrative processes, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing daily operations and internal team coordination.
- Supervise the sales support/admin team and ensure timely response to client needs.
- Review quotations and commercial offers.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare internal reports.
- Help coordinate marketing activities and tender submissions.
- Improve and enforce internal processes and documentation systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, office management, or assistant managerial roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the laboratory/testing market is a plus.
