Having a website contain an interactive traffic map with "Google Maps API" to request the traffic average speed every predefined periods and update traffic status via colors related to speeds. Using the data on the server and the website to develop mobile application "android platform" plus making an intelligent traffic routing system to reach any place on the map, moreover we want to use this data to control traffic automatically via adaptive traffic light signals. Having database records contain all vehicles IDs & history allowing the competent bodies to track any suspicious vehicle that might be stolen or used in any criminal way. Knowing vehicle location allows using some location based services like marketing to some services, places, malls, markets, emergency services "nearby ambulances, gas stations, etc."
