We were honored by the visit of Shark Abdullah Sallam to the Mavericks booth during our participation in TDS.

His visit was filled with genuine interest and inspiring conversation. He showed a true curiosity to learn about what we offer and engaged deeply with the passion and vision behind every detail of our work.

He also expressed his admiration for the innovative logo we previously designed for Madinat Misr Company — a partnership we take great pride in.

The Mechanical Writer – When Steel Carves Time, and Silence Becomes Eternal Words

From the stillness of metal and the whisper of grinding gears, a writer emerges—not of flesh and pulse, but of motion and precision. He does not bleed ink; he engraves thoughts into time itself, his mind turning with the wheels of industry. With the solemn grace of a philosopher, he bends steel into meaning, forging a language not written in letters, but in the rhythm of mechanics and the hush of contemplation.

His fingers, sculpted from gears, dance over a typewriter built from the ruins of its own kind, as if transcribing the very history of iron in its native dialect. Above him, a lamp bows like a priest in silent blessing, casting its glow onto his metallic script. In that light, sparks of creation flicker, and the lifeless becomes poetic—steel, once silent, now speaks.

He is not just a sculpture. He is a testament to the boundless reach of creativity, proof that artistry is not confined to flesh and soul—it thrives wherever vision dares to reshape the unyielding, even in the language of metal.

من عمق السكون المعدني، ومن صرير التروس المتداخلة، يولد كاتبٌ لا يحتاج إلى نبض، بل إلى دوران المسننات، ليحفر أفكاره في مجرى الزمن. يجلس في هيبة المفكرين، يطوّع الحديد ليكتب، ويحيل الجماد إلى لغة، تُقرأ لا بالحروف، بل بصوت الحركة وصمت الفكرة.

تنساب أصابعه المسننة على آلة كاتبة صُنعت من بقايا الآلة ذاتها، كأنما يُدوّن تاريخ المعدن بلغته الخاصة. ينحني مصباحه ككاهنٍ يمنح البركة، يسقط ضوءه على مسرح الكتابة، فتشتعل شرارة الخلق، ويغدو الصلب شاعرًا، ينطق بما عجزت عنه الحناجر.

إنه ليس مجرد تمثال، بل كيانٌ أعيد تشكيله ليكون صدى للعبقرية، شاهدًا على أن الإبداع لا يعرف حدود اللحم والدم، بل ينبعث حيثما وجدت الفكرة، ولو كانت من حديد.
