MID-LEVEL (3–5 Years)
Position 1: Working Architect
Position 2: Visualization Architect
Experience: 3–5 years

Key Responsibilities (Working Architect):
Support design and documentation phases of various projects

Coordinate with consultants and internal teams

Develop construction drawings and detail packages

Key Responsibilities (Visualization Architect):
Produce high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and presentations

Collaborate closely with design team to translate concepts into visuals

Manage visualization timelines and deliverables

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field

Strong technical or visualization skills (Revit, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Corona)

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

Assist with documentation, scheduling, and internal coordination

Support HR and project tracking functions

Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with basic accounting or office tools

Energetic and proactive attitude
