You may experience a clearing of excess mucus from your body during, immediately after, or in the days following your session. This is a positive sign that your body’s detoxification channels are working. It is a positive side effect. Can you overdose? Q: Will it increase my blood pressure? It will not affect your blood pressure as you are not eating it. Digesting salt through eating it is very different to inhaling it or absorbing it through the skin.
