Did you know that container delays could cost you a lot of money?💸
𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐬 are charged when the container stays at the port or terminal beyond the allowed free days.
In contrast, 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐬 apply if the container is delayed outside the port after the free period has ended.
Both fees aim to compensate the carrier for the time the container remains unused.
