Tarek is A Talent Development Expert- Passionate Corporate trainer - Personal Growth Hacker – Positive Growth Coach who dreams to help others; Grow as they Go.

Currently he is the learning & Development Managerat.

•In 2017, to fulfil his mission of boosting the continuous professional & personal growth of individuals. Tarek Has designed and developed Nine Training Products including his two famous experiential workshops: Rock The Room & The Networker

•Tarek started his journey as trainer 10 years ago, where he has trained more than 10,000 trainee coming from different walks of life including: Top level, Mid-level, First line managers, employees in different Business & Life Skills from multinationals, governmental entities and big nationals like HRA, RTA, Petrobel, MCV, Credit Agricole, Sanofi, NovoNordisk, Vodafone, Orange, Total, Gold’s Gym, AstraZeneca, Aller Aqua and Indomie in Egypt and UAE

•He is Among around 300 individuals worldwide, and the youngest in Egypt who holds the Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credential and he is the youngest holder ,in the Middle East, of the pinnacle achievement in talent development, CPLP

•Tarek has 5 years of solid experience in sales in different multinationals as: Sanofi, Takeda. He has achieved many records of success from being the Team Best Achiever to the National Best Achiever. Besides working for two years in marketing as a Former Marketing Supervisor with: Pepsi, Samsung

•As he believes in the importance of understanding and living the values on personal, professional and also organizational level so he has become the youngest Cultural Transformation Tools® CTT Consultant from Barrett Values Centre in Egypt which is the biggest organization worldwide specialized at Corporate Culture and values that helped thousands of organizations including Fortune 500’s

• Being passionate to facilitate positive change and development to leaders, Tarek has completed his certification as the youngest Certified Global Leadership Assessor in the Middle East from #1 Executive Coach in the World and a Top Leadership & Business Thinker “Marshall GoldSmith".

•Tarek is a certified facilitator for SimDustry Business Simulations on the topics of Complex Decision Making, Business Leadership, Mastering VUCA and Managing teams
