Health is wealth. Our body is a blessing boon given by God. We should protect it well to live longer and enjoy our life.

Microbes, viruses and germs can cause sever diseases. So we need to protect ourselves from all of them. Eating healthy food, doing sports and going to gym are ones of the most important and useful sources to keep our health.

Since December 2019, the world has been facing a dangerous virus which originally came from China, called Coronavirus, or Covid-19. This virus is somehow similar to the one which causes the flu, but more dangerous. Globally, hundereds thousands of people died and millions are infected.

As scientists haven't found a remedy yet, social distancing is the only way to protect ourselves now. People are advised to stay home, wear masks and go out of their houses only in emergency situations. Moreover, malls, stores, restaurants and shops are closed to avoid a widely spread infection. In Egypt, the situation is currently critical, around 2000 died and thousands are infected.

As the whole world is locked down, people are dealing online. We can work, learn and buy all we need online.

We need to mention the great role doctors are playing. They are now struggling and fighting in all countries all over the world to help people recovering and coming over this problem. All of us hope to find a medicament and get back to our normal life as soon as possible.
