SpiderBees is seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive to support our expansion in the Saudi market. This role is designed for a commercially driven professional who can convert qualified opportunities into sustainable revenue while actively identifying new growth channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and convert warm inbound leads into long-term strategic accounts
* Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within target sectors
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers
* Lead consultative sales discussions to understand client challenges and position tailored CRM solutions
* Achieve defined revenue targets and contribute to overall market expansion strategy
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in B2B business development or enterprise sales
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities
* Ability to manage the full sales cycle with a structured, results-oriented approach
* Experience in SaaS, CRM, or technology solutions is preferred
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-focused
