The executive assistant will be responsible for the below:
• Manage the Director’s office.
• Keep daily contact with our regional branches all over Egypt.
• Prepare presentations for the General Manager.
• Prepare sales performance charts
• Prepare presentations as required
• Prepare Purchase Orders and Payment Requests/ SAP using.
• Maintain and update all files
• Handles hotels and air tickets reservation
• Arrange for conferences and events
• Schedule meetings and maintain appointments diary
• Take minutes of meetings and follow up actions decided in staff meetings
• Handle, prepare, and follow up all correspondences between Sales and other departments as well as the external organizations.
• Prepares a S&OP Presentation for all categories on a monthly basis.
• Charts and analyze sales performance during seasonality, holidays, Temporary Price Reduction (TPR), and promotions, on a monthly basis.
• Preparng KPI's for the operations on a monthly basis.
• Issues on a monthly basis a 'Factbook' containing figures and charts illustrating volumes across the categories and Regions.
• Generates any required periodical/statistical sales reports, as requested
Requirement:
• University graduate
• At least 2 to 3 years of office management experience (1 year in an FMCG company).
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills • Strong Analytical skills
• Ability and experience with working multi-functionally
• Fluent Arabic/English are mandatory.
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline while maintaining the professional standards.

Job Description:
Responsible for Sales Volume, distribution, merchandizing, shelving and pricing.
Secure Long term agreements with all accounts.
Ensure excellent deployment for the Shelving visibility or displays contracts.
Conduct a daily morning meeting to follow up team productivity, distribution and sales coverage.
Follow up on Tiba's innovations (New trade programs, new launches, POS Materials, activities, etc..)
Updates unit Manager with the requested data accurately and on time (stocks, estimates, daily sales, pricing, competition …etc.)
Maintain a physical presence in the territory to ensure understanding of customer’s needs.
Assess performer capability through WORK*WITHs and ONE- to-ONEs providing development feedback to the Sales Representatives & the Territory Team
Train the team via Role Play.
