The Recruiter is currently hiring "Sales and Marketing Team Leader" for one of the Leading IT Solutions Companies:
Responsibilities:
- Train, manage and lead a team of telemarketers to achieve the required objectives.
- Set and monitor KPIs for all team members.
- Lead the marketing and sales effort including, study market, detect the opportunities, and generate and establish contacts with prospective customers.
- Coach, monitor and develop team members including, call coaching, call evaluations development of outbound and sales scripts.
- Suggest and assign sales target, jobs responsibilities for each staff member.
- Support, motivate staff member to achieve individual and team target.
- Supervise daily work of sales staff.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a team leader in an outbound call center.
- Strong Leadership and Communication Skills.
- Good command of English.
