eSmartSoft is seeking a Sales Engineer to manage and support all the company sales process in the targeted markets. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, team player with great listening and communication skills (both on-site and remote). The Sales Manager will assist Sales Executives in the discovery process to determine the high level and detailed needs of the prospect and the supporting business case. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for assisting in all remaining phases of the cycle including demonstration of the software (including preparation), response to RFI and RFP and answers to technical questions as they arise. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex Revenue Recognition, having worked for Software and system integrator companies.
Main Tasks
• Determine the client's business requirements.
• Manage the sales cycle, performing lead qualification, arranging and providing demonstrations, quoting, and closing.
• Present new findings to the technical team to act on.
• Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and through attending industry events.
• Perform continuous market analytics about new needs and trends.
• Build a market positioning strategy.
Skills & Requirements
• 4 to 6 years’ experience
• Bachelor’s degree ( Computer engineering, Computer science, Business Information, or any related specialization is preferred).
• Previous Experience in solutions sales is a must.
• A talented person with Software Solutions selling skills.
• Strong Command of English.
• Ability to manage effective time planned targets.
• Excellent Presentation skills.
• Excellent reports & proposals for writing skills.
• Capable to work alone or in a team.
• Excellent Negotiation skills.

Sales Representative
Job Summary:
In this role, you will work with BD Manager to conduct the sales process by prospecting and engaging new and existing leads, facilitating product demonstrations to potential clients and negotiating contracts to close a significant volume of business.
Main Tasks:
• Develop and execute on a territory sales plan, and work to meet monthly and annually targets.
• Keep strong relation with existing customers and open new accounts/clients.
• Present the “Industrial Services” Software product orientation to potential customers.
• Manage the sales process from lead to close, including quote creation and contract negotiations.
• Travel as required within and out Egypt to present products.
Skills & Requirements:
• 3 years sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or any relevant regime.
• Experience in selling readymade and customizable software solutions.
• Self-motivation, results-oriented and able to work both independently and on a team.
