We are hiring!
Position: Senior DevOps / Technical Support Engineer
Location: Hybrid
Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
β€’ Design, implement, and maintain high-availability cloud infrastructure for ComRec’s healthcare platforms
β€’ Lead Technical Support team on their daily operations
β€’ Own CI/CD pipelines for .NET-based services (monolith)
β€’ Ensure system security, compliance, and data protection (healthcare-grade standards)
β€’ Monitor system performance, uptime, and cost optimization
β€’ Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and production troubleshooting
β€’ Support SSL, DNS, backups, disaster recovery, and environment isolation (dev / staging / prod)
β€’ Collaborate closely with backend engineers and tech leadership on architecture decisions
β€’ Document infrastructure, runbooks, and operational best practices

Required Skills & Experience
β€’ 5+ years of Technical Support experience in production environments
β€’ Proven Experience working as DevOps Engineer
β€’ Experience with AWS (or equivalent cloud provider) is a plus
β€’ Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
β€’ Experience supporting .NET / ASP.NET Core applications
β€’ Strong understanding of networking, security, and access control
β€’ Very good experience working with databases (SQL Server preferred)
β€’ Proven ability to operate mission-critical systems
