Position: Senior DevOps / Technical Support Engineer
Location: Hybrid
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
β’ Design, implement, and maintain high-availability cloud infrastructure for ComRecβs healthcare platforms
β’ Lead Technical Support team on their daily operations
β’ Own CI/CD pipelines for .NET-based services (monolith)
β’ Ensure system security, compliance, and data protection (healthcare-grade standards)
β’ Monitor system performance, uptime, and cost optimization
β’ Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and production troubleshooting
β’ Support SSL, DNS, backups, disaster recovery, and environment isolation (dev / staging / prod)
β’ Collaborate closely with backend engineers and tech leadership on architecture decisions
β’ Document infrastructure, runbooks, and operational best practices
Required Skills & Experience
β’ 5+ years of Technical Support experience in production environments
β’ Proven Experience working as DevOps Engineer
β’ Experience with AWS (or equivalent cloud provider) is a plus
β’ Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
β’ Experience supporting .NET / ASP.NET Core applications
β’ Strong understanding of networking, security, and access control
β’ Very good experience working with databases (SQL Server preferred)
β’ Proven ability to operate mission-critical systems
