Drinking too much water at Suhoor will only lead to more fatigue during fasting.

There's always a right way for everything, and hydration is no different. Try to drink about 2 liters of water throughout the day and not just after midnight so that your body can stay hydrated for the whole day.

Also, you should try to avoid sweetened juices and salty or spicy foods as they cause your body to need more water.
