we are looking to hire Sales Specialist

📍 Location: 6th of October, Egypt
💰 Salary: EGP 8,000 – 15,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct sales meetings and presentations with potential customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Client Management:
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain an updated database of clients and leads.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Track sales performance and KPIs.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel & Word.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Strong reporting and analytical skills.
