Tunisian natural Mustafa Abbes says he's been training for over a decade. The 178 cm, 78 kgs, 27 years old explains, "I was an avid football player before attaching to weight training and the gym culture. Now, I train 6 days a week and sleep 9 hours a each night. Physically, I try to stay shredded all year and gain muscle with details. Shape over size!"
