- Can understand the sales (Funnel/Pipeline processes)

Responsibilities
- Executing the full sales cycle to ensure the efficiency of our sales operations.

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

- Manages difficult customer situations responding promptly to the needs of the customers.

- Solving issues in the most effective manner while maximizing customer satisfaction.

- Maintain a positive, friendly and transparent relationship with all providers.

- Communicates in a professional manner with clarity using good verbal and written communication skills at all times.

- Provide product information and answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses.
