Job Vacancy: BIM Architect (Technical)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced BIM Architect – Technical to join our team.

Requirements:
3-5 years of professional experience as a BIM Architect
Advanced level in Revit (mandatory)
Strong technical background with proven experience in detailed drawings and construction documents
Solid experience in BIM modeling, coordination, and clash detection
Ability to produce accurate and high-quality technical and shop drawings
Good understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and architectural detailing
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Skills:
Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishes
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Work Conditions:
Full-time position
On-site work only
Office location: Sheikh Zayed / 6th of October
