ايه هو التحليل الرباعي أو ( SWOT ANALYSIS ) ؟
هو أداة تحليل استراتيجية أى اداة يتم استخداها في عدة مجالات زى إدارة الأعمال والتسويق والتنمية البشرية وغيرها.
حروف كلمة S-W-O-T بتعبر عن اربع عناصر مهمة جدا :
القوة : عناصر القوة في المشروع أوتميزه عن غيره من المشاريع Strengths.
الضعف : نقاط الضعف في المشروع Weaknesses.
الفرص : يمكن أن تأتي من خارج المشروع وقد تؤدي إلى زيادة المبيعات وبالتالى زيادة الأرباح Opportunities.
التهديدات : يمكن أن تأتي من خارج المشروع وتسبب اضطرابات للمشروع Threats.
ازاى تقدر تستفيد من تحليل SWOT ؟
ببساطة شديدة دور على نقاط القوة والفرص وبعد كدة ادمجهم مع بعض ومثال على ذلك : شركة A بتنتج منتج عالى جدا فى الجودة دى تبقى " قوة". و بكدة مبيعاتها هتزيد في الشرق الأوسط وهى دى الـ "الفرصة". الشركة أنشأت فرع ليها في منطقة جبل علي في إمارة دبي علشان تزود مبيعاتها وهى دى عملية الـ "الدمج".
أما بالنسبة للضعف وهو جزء من عملية "SWOT" فلابد من تحويله إلى قوة ومثال ذلك : شركة B على الرغم من جودة منتجاتها العالية إلا ان أسعارها مرتفعة جداً مقارنة بمنافسيها "ضعف", الشركة وفرت برنامج التمويل الكامل لأي شخص يريد الشراء منها بدلاً من البنوك "قوة" وبالتالى زادت مبيعاتها.
ودى اسمها عملية الـ "تحويل" بمعنى ان الشركات بتحول نقاط الضعف إلى قوة.
نموذج SWOT هو احد نماذج التخطيط واسعة التطبيق وبيستخدم بشكل كبير في التخطيط التشغيلى و لكن غير جيد في التخطيط الاستراتيجى .
غالباًَ ما تكون الخطة التشغيلية لمدة سنة أما الخطة الاستراتيجية فتختلف حسب عدد أفراد أو إمكانيات المنظمة .
