About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Growth Lead who doesn’t just run campaigns but builds the systems that power them. This is a high-impact “bridge” role sitting at the intersection of Growth Strategy, Customer Experience, and Marketing Technology.
You will be responsible for aligning our marketing efforts with product development and technical infrastructure to create a seamless, high-converting customer lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

• Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison between Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure our growth experiments are technically sound and product-aligned.
• Full-Funnel Ownership: Own the entire customer journey—from initial technical acquisition and frictionless onboarding to long-term retention and expansion.
• Growth Operations & Tech Stack: Oversee our “Growth Stack” (CRM, Analytics, Automation), ensuring data flows correctly between platforms to provide a 360-degree view of the customer.
• Experimentation Engine: Design and lead rapid A/B testing across the website and in-app experiences to optimize for “Time to Value” and conversion.
• Data-Driven Experience: Leverage product analytics and user feedback to identify friction points and architect personalized digital experiences.


Who You Are

• Strategic & Technical: You are as comfortable discussing high-level ROI with the CEO as you are discussing API integrations or data taxonomy with developers.
• Experience-First: You believe growth comes from a superior user experience, not just increasing ad spend.
• Data-Obsessed: You don’t make decisions without data and are proficient in tools.
• Bridge Builder: You have a proven track record of influencing product roadmaps and translating complex technical concepts into actionable marketing strategies.


Qualifications

• 5+ years in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Growth Operations.
• Proven experience in bridging marketing and product teams in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
• Deep expertise in marketing automation and the modern data stack.

THE INDUSTRY MONSTER OF OUR UPCOMING MONSTER TALK IS Muhammad Korayem

began his journey of self expression through words, then moved into photography and editing, driven by constant experimentation. Over time, he discovered what he had been shaping all along: directing. Seeking to elevate his craft, he joined GoodPeople, where he grew from assistant producer to creative producer, exploring a wider and more complex creative world. Today, he approaches directing as his language of existence, transforming human signals into stories that leave a lasting impact.
His journey includes directing Ahmed Santa by Ahmed Santa, his first high production project; Flowered, a deeply personal work that reflects his sensitivity to visual poetry; Sounds of Love, which embodies his belief in love, belonging, and existence while reinforcing passion as his core driving force; and Jan Burger, a project that highlights his versatility in brand storytelling. Projects with Visa and the city of Mecca mark important milestones, reflecting the expansion of his vision into both global narratives and deeply rooted cultural stories.
His work spans advertising, music videos, and digital content, a range clearly represented in the Vodafone Cash campaign “Win 1,000,000 EGP with Vodafone Cash.”

Beyond the craft, Korayem’s philosophy is rooted in the human dimension. He believes that true creativity is born from letting go of labels and justifications, shedding what is excess, and embracing the purity of human connection. His work is not merely visual, but an ongoing exploration of existence, capturing signals of humanity and transforming them into stories that resonate.
