Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in the events field.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
Creative mindset with a strong background in art and design.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented and proactive in managing client needs.

Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client accounts.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to execute projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.
3. Monitor account performance, provide regular updates, and resolve issues to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
4. Identify opportunities for account growth and support strategies that contribute to client retention and long-term success
