QUALIFICATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT

􀀂􀀁 BS degree certificate of petroleum engineering or higher (Preferred BSc Petroleum Engineering)

􀀂􀀁􀀁􀀁Valid International well control training certificate (IADC or IWCF) at Supervisor level

( Preferred IWCF certificate)

􀀂􀀁 Valid "H2S" training certificate;

Valid Firefighting and First Aid certificate.

􀀂􀀁 Valid physical health certificate (persons with disease such as cardiopathy, sudden dyspnea, HIV, Hepatitis B and other communicable diseases, etc., are unacceptable).

􀀂􀀁 Supervisor age should be less than 45 years old.

􀀂􀀁 Preferred for working experience with the international oil company or the oil service company.

2) WORKING EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

􀀂􀀁 At least 5 years in Iraq Oilfields and/or more than 50 wells of proven working experience on the position of needed position.

􀀂􀀁 It is required for more than 3 years of working experience with international major oil companies or international service companies.

􀀂􀀁 It is preferable for the oversea working experience of the international operations.

3) SKILL REQUIREMENT

􀀂􀀁 Skillful in giving written and oral instructions in English on daily completion and workover operations at well location.

􀀂􀀁 Capable of initiating and reviewing Final Post Job Reports and capture the lessons learnt after each operation.

􀀂􀀁 Fluent in oral and written English, able to have free communication with people and undertake all kinds of paper work in English.

􀀂􀀁 Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office software, such as EXCEL, WORD, PPT and PROJECT, etc.

􀀂􀀁 Excellent coordination skills with people.

􀀂􀀁 Demonstrable leadership and people management ability.

􀀂􀀁 Strong organizational and time management skills.

􀀂􀀁 Strong understanding of down hole conditions.

Mainly the activity consists to be part of a multidisciplinary team, lead by an TM Engineering Project Manager, with the main task to be technical interface between TM HQ task force performing the design and the Operator of the Project. The technical figures required are a leader and a senior (min 8 years) for each discipline. The leader skills are required to be of high qualified level with high technical capability for onshore gas treatment plant (with H2S sweating packages) and it is required capacity to proper interface with Client and TM specialists in HQ. The service is required starting in the period from second half of July to mid of August 2016, for Onshore Project (Ramp Up Phase), full time - 160 manhours equivalent/month (part time availability is NOT accepted) - for 1 year (with the possibility of further extension).
