Position: Pre-sales engineer
Job Description:
•Study Automation system (SCADA, PLC, BMS) and instrumentations tender documents.
•Analyzed client requirements, drawings, I/O lists, and specifications to propose a suitable solution.
•Responsible for designing different automation solutions by using SCADA, PLC and BMS from our product line.
•Preparing technical and financial offers.
•Attends internal and external meetings during the offer approval process.
•Staying up to date with industry trends and technological advancements in Automation systems.
Job Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechatronics Engineering.
•1–3 years of experience, preferably in Pre-Sales Engineering.
•knowledge of PLC, SCADA, BMS and instrumentations.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.

🔧 What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with SysTech’s growth objectives.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Egypt and MENA.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, consultants, and partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Projects, and Marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to refine go-to-market strategies.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic presentations for management.
✅ You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development within Automation and Electrical.
• B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (MBA is a strong plus).
• Proven record in solution-based sales and key account management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and inspire high-performing sales teams.
• Managing Experience to lead a sales team.
• Good knowledge for Egyptian market.
• Export business preferable
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
