وفكرة إن المديرالتقليدي بقى مفهوم outdated وحاجه من الزمن القديم .

طيب ايه الفرق وايه الافضل ؟!

مفيش شخصية أفضل من التانية لإن الاتنين مطلوبين ، وأفضل صورة إن الاتنين يبقوا balanced ومفيش صفة طاغية على التانية ، وبرضوا بتعتمد على طبيعه وظيفتك ؛ فمثلاً إنك تبقى مدير حسابات غير إنك تبقى مدير بيع ، وحسب المواقف اللى بتتعرض ليها يومياً .

القيادة - Leadership
دايماً مرتبطة بالتعامل مع الجانب الإنسانى للفريق اللى معاك .
والإدارة - Management مرتبطة أكتر بالمهام المطلوبة منك ومن الفريق بتاعك .
ودا الفرق الجوهرى بين الاتنين ، إنت بقى قائد ولا مدير ؟!
