Proud to present our latest architectural quantity takeoff for a residential villa, where precision and organization were key.

This scope covered both interior and exterior works, with a strong focus on accuracy and clarity, including:
• Structured and detailed material takeoff sheets
• Full documentation of walls, doors, windows, finishes, ceilings, staircases, and railings
• Leveraging Dynamo scripts to extract and visualize element IDs directly from the Revit model, ensuring full traceability

This project highlights how combining methodical workflows, BIM tools, and attention to detail significantly improves efficiency, accuracy, and control throughout the documentation process.

The result is a clear, professional, and review-ready quantity takeoff that supports confident decision-making and project control.
