Hiring Now: Consultant – Green & Circular Economy Skills Development
Location: Egypt
We are seeking an experienced Egyptian Consultant to join Phase II of the Inclusive Green Growth in Egypt (IGGE) Project, supporting the development of a programmatic framework and action plan for skills in the green and circular economy. The consultant will play a key role in identifying high-demand occupations, mapping educational institutions for co-developing competency-based curricula, and preparing an action plan that aligns skills, career pathways, and institutional capacities.
Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in education, engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience: ≥8 years for team leader or ≥5 years for technical experts in skills assessment, curriculum development, and market-driven interventions in green/circular economy sectors.
• Strong expertise in labor market analysis, stakeholder engagement, gender-sensitive approaches, and education/training systems.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; experience in Egypt or the MENA region is preferred.
