COSPE is hiring a Business Coach based in Cairo, providing hands-on coaching and capacity-building support to five Local Social Enterprises (LSEs) within the MADE51 programme, across Cairo and Alexandria.

📍 Location: Cairo (with regular visits to Alexandria)
⏳ Duration: Full-time, 12-month contract (3-month trial period)
📅 Deadline: 08/July/2026

Key responsibilities include:
✔ Strengthening LSEs' market access, sales channels, and business expansion capacities
✔ Coaching LSE teams on managerial, organisational, and internal governance systems
✔ Supporting compliance with Fair Trade principles and certification renewal
✔ Coordinating with project consultancies to ensure integrated, evidence-based support plans
✔ Collaborating with the project designer on new product line development for each LSE

Requirements:
🔹 University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related field
🔹 At least 5 years' experience in business coaching or enterprise development
🔹 Experience with social enterprises, cooperatives, or artisan-based businesses
🔹 Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Odoo (strong asset)
🔹 Experience in B2B development and market access support
🔹 Arabic (native) and English (strong written and spoken) required
