Requirements:

Experience in human resources, preferably within the HR or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in labor law, social insurance law, and operations in - construction sites related to HR

Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding, and employee relations processes.
- Administer performance management programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee training, development, and engagement initiatives.
