We have very well experienced staff and trained chefs who are always eager to start new challenging projects. Since the owner was 13 years old, Reem has been obsessed with baking and cooking. She was also interested in stained glass art that was a hobby of hers for a long time. She worked for some time as a financial analyst at KPMG Hazem Hassan Public Accountants and Consultants in Cairo. However, all along her first love was baking. So she finally decided to pursue her dreams and traveled to the US in 2009 to study Baking and Cake Decorating with Toba Garrette, one of America's foremost artists and educators in the field of cake decorating and design. Reem received direct private instruction from Toba in New York and then went back to Cairo to put all her passion, education and training together in one project that is Vanilla Beans Bakery.
