About MSOL
MSOL is a fast-growing digital transformation firm based in Cairo with over a decade of experience delivering integrated tech ecosystems across retail, hospitality, logistics, smart homes and AI. We blend strategy, design, automation, and hardware to create smarter systems that help clients launch faster, scale smarter, and build with confidence
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and close deals across MSOL’s solutions (automation, data services, AI agents, retail/hospitality platforms, smart devices).
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline via outreach, networking, events, and industry partnerships.
- Understand client pain points and tailor MSOL’s solutions to meet business goals.
- Work cross-functionally with product, design and tech teams to prepare proposals, demos, and competitive quotes.
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets, including securing at least one signed deal within your first month.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Sheets) and provide regular activity/forecast reports.
- Stay current on market trends and competitor offerings to position MSOL effectively.
- Represent MSOL at conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed.
Prerequisites:
- Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience in technology, digital transformation, SaaS or automation. Proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets.
- Speed to revenue: Demonstrated ability to originate and close new business quickly (e.g., closing at least one meaningful deal within 30 days).
- Industry knowledge: Familiarity with retail, hospitality, logistics or smart-home sectors is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills; ability to speak to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Location & availability: Based in Cairo or able to work remotely with willingness to travel as required. Ready to start immediately.
- Language: Fluency in English
