Last night was an evening of insight and inspiration as we brought together a remarkable group of women for the SHE SCALES seminar.

In this two-hour, invitation-only session, Cherilynn Castleman—Harvard instructor and global sales thought leader—shared a clear, practical perspective on sales systems, leadership, and change, designed specifically for women navigating leadership in AI-enabled sales. The discussion was dynamic, thoughtful, and marked by a strong exchange of questions and perspectives.

We are deeply grateful to the AUC Egypt Women on Boards Observatory (WoB) for hosting the seminar, and to the AUC Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI) at the Executive Education - AUC Onsi Sawiris School of Business for managing the event, in partnership with Momken for Her.
