After the huge success of our SAFE Convention – now known as “the fitness convention of the Middle-East” – and recognizing the international growth of mind-and-body approaches in the fitness arena worldwide, we have decided that it was time to have a conference dedicated for just that... hence, the ZEN Conference! Starting last year, we at SAFE Academy, added the ZEN Conference to our regular fitness education events. Since we always try to bring you the best and most practical information available worldwide, the ZEN Conference features some of the most valuable workshops and master-classes that can benefit all mind-and-body instructors and practitioners alike. Specifically designed for presentation in health clubs, fitness facilities or other group exercise locations, YogaFit® allows a facility to offer a complement to existing group exercise programming, which improves performance in all activities.The company and training program have expanded and now feature internationally renowned programs for training fitness professionals in the YogaFit® style.
