Position Title: Store Sales
1- Greeting customers who enter the shop.
2- Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
3- Answering queries from customers.
4- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
5- Dealing with customer refunds.
6- Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
7- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
8- Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
9- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
10- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
• Requirements :
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 0 – 2 years of experience
• Skills
1-Having a friendly and engaging personality.
2-Should be of a smart appearance and articulate.
3-should have a comprehensive understanding of your area of sales i.e. retail, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (Not A Must ).
4- Comfortable working with members of the public.
Package : 1800 Net Salary
