Hiring Social Media Moderators full-time ( on-site )

Key Responsibilities:
- Publish client's plans on all social media channels.
- Monitor social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) for inappropriate content or comments.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with our community by answering questions, providing support, and fostering positive relationships.
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Implement social media guidelines and best practices.
- Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Collaborate with client's departments (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our client’s products, and services.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in social media management or moderation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with social media analytics tools is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Timing: Shifts ( From 12pm to 12am / From 9am to 9pm )
* Not all working hours will be spent in office
- Location: New Cairo
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Salary is negotiable based on experience.
