Responsibilities: Manages all sales cycle activities.
1- Lead generation:
• Identifying target markets, generating and qualifying leads
• Generate sales qualified leads by conducting Internet-based, targeted research
• Initiate outbound interactions and communications with leads and prospect and follow on to sales acquisition

2- Sales Closure: Meet sales targets through:
• Preparing sales presentations and supporting documentation.
• Responding to incoming prospective client inquiries quickly and completely, providing appropriate follow up as needed.
• Analyze requests and answer queries making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
• Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and terms of an agreement and closing sales with customers.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Assist with administrative tasks, like dealing with payment-related issues and following up on customer inquiries

3- Customer relations: Build a long run and strong relationship with clients by:
• Maintaining and developing strong relationships with customers via telephone calls and emails.
• Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential customers.
• Regularly follow up on existing clients and prospects.
• Maintain, develop, map, and pe*****te existing clients’ organizations to gain in-depth understanding of their long-term goals.
• Work on expanding and enlarging business cooperation with Company’s clients.
• Follow up monthly with the existing clients using business review technique to evaluate business cooperation status.
• Work closely with production’s teams and manage escalations to resolve and fix all issues the clients may be facing.
• Keep clients updated with the latest improvements, updates and new services added
• Client satisfaction and retention reporting.

Job specifications
• English fluency both spoken and written in workplaces is a must.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and other relevant computer programs is a MUST
• Proficient in doing online research and analyzing data to identify prospects and sales opportunities.
• A background in sales & marketing for foreign regions in the USA, Canada is a strong PLUS.

We need a dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic Web developer to join our team.

Experience required: 1 - 2 years (Juniors with solid personal & technical skills are most welcome to apply)

Requirements:
Technical Skills
• Expert ASP.Net/C # developer and have experience of building highly scalable, secure websites, web services/web API’s utilizing the latest versions of the .Net Framework.
• Expert ASP.Net MVC Framework 4.0, ASP.Net Web.API & Transact-SQL
• Expert with MS Visual Studio, .NET Framework 4.5, MS SQL Server 2008 and/or 2010.
• Working with Applicable tools (PHP, MySQL, SCJP etc.) with Solid experience with HTTP/application servers like Apache, Nginx, and J2EE
• Hands on experience in using SQL and relational database programming
• Understands the technologies and languages which power the web such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript with Solid working knowledge of HTML5/CSS3
• Good understanding for OOP concepts and Design Patterns
• Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
• Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's.
• JavaScript experience not just using JQuery, but developing and documenting API's
• Experience integrating with 3rd party APIs
• Knowledge of MVC architectures &/or other software architecture patterns
• Working experience/Strong Knowledge of Angular is a strong plus.
• Has experience with Git or another version control system
• Windows Server Setup and Administration using Windows Azure &/or Amazon
• No SQL Experience is a huge PLUS
• Proficiency in developing RESTful API
• Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc ..)
