Updating the requirements to enter Egypt, starting from Saturday, January 22nd
Acceptance of negative coronavirus certificates for all approved tests (PCR - Antigen Rapid Test - ID NOW)
all arrivals who have vaccination certificates with a QR Code, will be allowed; vaccines approved by the World Health Organization and the Egyptian Medicines Authority, Provided that 14 days have passed since the second dose of the two-dose vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Sputnik V, Sinovac and Sinopharm), or at least 14 days have passed for the single-dose vaccines (Johnson & Johnson), or certificates of negativity of the Corona virus, with any examination Among the tests approved by the Ministry of Health and Population (PCR - Antigen Rapid Test - ID NOW), within 72 hours before arrival, children under 12 years old are excluded.
In the event that the vaccination certificate or examination does not conform to the regulations established by the Egyptian state, the Antigen Rapid Test is conducted upon arrival, and in the case its positive the examination is confirmed by the ID NOW test, (note that obtaining the result of the examination takes between 10 to 15 minutes). In the case it’s positive those arriving, through the airports, ports and to the tourist cities (Sharm El-Sheikh, Taba, Hurghada, Marsa Alam, Luxor, and Aswan), will be allowed to enter provided that self-isolation is applied for a period of five days in residence hotels, with a PCR examination on the sixth day, and in the event of a negative result, they are allowed to terminate the isolation. If the result is positive, the isolation continues for another five days, and then the isolation is terminated without the need for another examination

تحديث اشتراطات وضوابط الدخول إلى الأراضي المصرية اعتبارا من يوم السبت 22 يناير الجاري

- قبول شهادات سلبية فيروس كورونا لكل الفحوصات المعتمدة (PCR - Antigen Rapid Test - ID NOW)

تسهيلا على القادمين إلى الأراضي المصرية، تم تحديث اشتراطات وضوابط الدخول الى البلاد ابتداء من يوم السبت 22 يناير 2022، حيث سيسمح بدخول جميع القادمين الذين بحوزتهم شهادات تطعيم ضد فيروس كورونا، تحتوي على QR Code، باللقاحات المعتمدة من منظمة الصحة العالمية وهيئة الدواء المصرية، شريطة مرور 14 يوما على الجرعة الثانية للقاحات التي تعطي جرعتين (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Sputnik V, Sinovac and Sinopharm)، أو 14 يوما على الأقل للقاحات ذات الجرعة الواحدة (Johnson & Johnson)، أو تقديم شهادات لسلبية فيروس كورونا، بأي فحص من الفحوصات المعتمدة من قبل وزارة الصحة والسكان وهي (PCR - Antigen Rapid Test - ID NOW)، خلال 72 ساعة قبل الوصول، و يتم استثناء الأطفال الأقل من 12 عام.
وفي حالة عدم مطابقة شهادة التطعيم أو الفحص للضوابط المقررة من قبل الدولة المصرية، يتم إجراء اختبار Antigen Rapid Test عند الوصول، وفي حالة إيجابية الفحص، يتم تأكيد الفحص باختبار ID NOW، (علما بان الحصول على نتيجة الفحص تستغرق ما بين 10 إلى 15 دقيقه فقط). أما في حالة إيجابية الفحص سيسمح للقادمين، عبر مطارات وموانئ ومعابر المدن السياحية (شرم الشيخ، وطابا، والغردقة، ومرسى علم، والأقصر، وأسوان)، بالدخول إلى الأراضي المصرية شريطة تطبيق العزل الذاتي لمدة خمسة أيام في فنادق الإقامة، مع إجراء فحص PCR في اليوم السادس، وفي حالة سلبية النتيجة، يسمح لهم بإنهاء العزل. أما إذا كانت النتيجة إيجابية، يستمر العزل لمده خمسة أيام أخرى، ثم يتم إنهاء العزل دون الحاجة لإجراء فحص آخر.
