Job Description:
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, internal policies, employee benefits, and day-to-day HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with the Finance team.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and Organizational Development (OD).

Role Overview:

-Junior: Support sales team, assist in presenting SAP solutions, collaborate with senior executives, develop professional sales skills.
-Mid-Level: Manage mid-market client accounts, identify new business opportunities, support full sales cycle, collaborate with internal teams.
-Senior: Lead enterprise-level sales, drive strategic accounts, mentor junior/mid-level sales, close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities (All Levels):

-Sales support, account management, and client relationship building
-Collaboration with technical, marketing, and internal teams
-Market research, trend monitoring, and opportunity identification
-Reporting, sales forecasts, and maintaining accurate records
-Continuous learning and professional development in SAP solutions

Qualifications & Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
-Junior: 0–2 years experience in sales, account management, or client relations
-Mid-Level: 2+ years experience in sales or business development
-Senior: 5+ years experience with proven track record in enterprise SAP sales
-Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively
