RESAN Developments, a leading real estate development company, is seeking a skilled and strategic Financial Manager to lead and optimize our finance operations in Cairo. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team driving high-impact residential and commercial projects across Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.
Monitor cash flow, project costs, and financial KPIs across multiple developments.
Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and financial standards.
Lead financial planning, audits, and risk assessments in alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with internal departments, banks, and external auditors.
What We’re Looking For:

A finance professional with extensive accounting experience and at least 3 years in a financial leadership role.
Strong background in real estate development and/or construction sectors.
Hands-on experience working with Odoo ERP system is highly preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset.
