Job Details:
Experience Needed:1 To 4 Years
Career Level: Entry Level (Junior Level / Fresh Graduate)
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Main responsibilities:
• Driving sales opportunities with educational institutions, students, parents and sponsors, to achieve challenging team targets for universities in line with each country’s compliance requirements.
• Through student counselling and product promotion, influencing and converting student opportunities from new lead to deposit paid status.
• Generating new leads in market through a variety of channels.
• Maintaining the Customer Relationship Management with students, parents and educational institutes.
• Maintaining a good standard of administration and preparation for events and activities.
Essential skills:
• Fluent spoken Arabic and English
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of audiences
• Strong organizational, planning and interpersonal skills
• Experience of sales or marketing

About the Job
• Supervise creating financial models to evaluate potential new development or investments opportunities. Models include project and portfolio level performance and structured finance.
• Supervise creating financial models to evaluate property investment, exit strategies with operating costs/revenue and income streams.
• Supervise updating financial models with actual data to evaluate investments.
• Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities for our clients.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree – Bachelor of Finance, Business Administration, accounting or equivalent experience
• Real Estate background is mostly preferred.
