MECA ACADEMY is one of the biggest and the most successful events in MECA which has been held from 2007, the Academy intends to provide real life simulation to the business world observed in any of the leading companies in Egypt,, it provides mainly non-technical sessions through different modules to improve your non-technical skills , also the academy might include technical modules .providing students many sessions about HR, Marketing, Project Management and many other tracks, and then let them work on a case study. everyone could participate in the academy it only takes 2 selection phases simulates the ones done in those companies to get qualified students to grab this golden chance to improve their skills . The other main event is MECA INTERNSHIP which is held annually ever since 2009 and it serves mainly the technical skills in students and let them live the experience in working in a multinational company and interning in their educational field. eventually all of these events are crowned by taking certificates in a big ceremony celebrating their success and awarding them for the best performances.
