What does “workplace communication” mean?
Workplace communication is any type of communication you do at work about work. This includes things like communicating about individual tasks, sharing project status updates, or giving feedback to managers or employees. Knowing how to communicate in the workplace is a key part of effective collaboration—because if you can’t communicate clearly, then you risk miscommunication, confusion, or even unintentionally hurting someone’s feelings.

How to write an effective CV that would be attractive to recruiters and readable by ATS (Applicant Tracking system):
1. Create a header with contact information:
Your header should be at the top of the page and include your name, phone number, and email address so employers can immediately know who you are and how to reach you.
2. Write a professional summary:
Your professional summary is a short bio that introduces you to the reader. This section sums up your best qualifications and explains your ideal career path.
3. Detail your education:
Since a CV is often used for the academic job search process, it’s important to include a section on your educational history. List your education in reverse chronological order, with your most recent degree first. Include both degrees you’ve earned and those you’re pursuing.
4. Provide your work experience:
Detail all your practical work experience so your prospective employer can see your career path, including:
Full-time and part-time employment
Internships
Research projects
Lab work
Volunteer work
Field experience
Include the title of your position, the name and location of your employer and employment dates. Below this, list two to three bullet points that explain your job duties.
5. List your relevant skills:
List any abilities that apply to the potential job, such as foreign languages or a type of software. Try to include skills that relate to the job description to make yourself a more desirable candidate.

Position Summary:
The position holder is responsible for carrying out comprehensive administrative and organizational HR support. This includes, but not limited to: Recruitment and employer branding activities, preparation of power point presentations, excel work sheets support, creating POs, handling invoices, liaising with different vendors and employees data update.
Primary Tasks:

Maintain receipts and records relating to HR activities.
Prepare reports as per requirements.
Ensure in coordination with procurement and compliance, completion of interact, MAPP and FCPA paperwork for vendors.
Initiate POs in Smart Source for payments to suppliers and follow up with vendors to ensure delivery of orders in timely manner and follow up with finance for final payments.
Draft announcements
Prepare data and fill up forms for the manager to submit on workday.
Complete any assigned task as required on timely manner
Initial CV screening and interviews scheduling.
Attendance in all employer branding activities to represent the company.
Assist employee onboarding and offboarding follow up and adherence to labor law.
Conduct administration of leave status, leave approval, and update system to ensure accuracy of employee records
Support in exit interviews process and data analysis
Conduct relevant data, analytics and input for rewards and employee relations
Conduct talent management admin and data management
Support on reflecting relevant changes in organization design
