2) Control your eating habits
Recognise your hunger and fulness cues ๐ค๐ค
Start understanding your body cues,
1) get a nice notebook ๐ ๐
2) start recording everything thing you eat... Food, Time and feeling ๐ฅ
For example:
I ate 1 chocolate ๐ซ at 10 pm cause i was studying and stressed so i needed to eat it to feel better.
โข When you start recording your feelings during each meal, that will help you really know when you're really hungry and when it's just the cravings...
